• Late payments may incur fees or result in suspension of services.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, with advance notice to existing clients.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with at least 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

• You must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination
• We will provide any final deliverables or account access as reasonably requested

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past 12 months.
